The guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the condominium and to replace, repair, or pay for any breakage or damage. Reasonable wear and tear is expected. Napili Point and Shirley and/or Millard Blancaflor accepts no responsibility for accidents, injury, theft, damage, loss of baggage, or delays caused by third parties or resulting from guests’ own actions or activities. A Security Deposit of $250.00 USD is required and is fully refundable if no damage is reported. Should any dispute arise in connection with the condominium, including loss of part or all of my security deposit, it shall be resolved directly with the owners, Shirley and Millard Blancaflor and the guests. Shirley and Millard shall have no liability whatsoever to the guest other than set forth in the reservation. Daily maid service is NOT PROVIDED. If the condominium becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the control of the owners after a reservation is made, the owner’s liability shall be limited to a refund of monies paid by the guest. Should a dispute arise, it is agreed that the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the condominium reservation and Rental Agreement. Attached Deposits and Cancellation Policy have been reviewed and incorporated into this agreement.

Our condo rates shown are for one to four guests. A cleaning fee will be charged for all stays less than 7 nights. Add to all daily room rates Hawaii Gross Excise Tax of 4.16% and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax at 7.25%. Each tax is to be computed on the total charges exclusive of any other tax.
DEPOSITS:
A 50% deposit is required upon reservation along with a signed Rental Agreement. You may use your Visa or Master Card. Payment in full is required no later than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to pay the remaining balance as stated above will be considered a cancellation and will forfeit all deposits. Please mark your calendar for this payment date. We will not be responsible for sending a reminder for this payment.
CANCELLATIONS:
After your deposit is received, and your reservation confirmed, any cancellation will incur a $150.00 cancellation charge. The remaining balance of your deposit, (less the $150 charge), is 50% refundable if you cancel at least 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you cancel 90-60 days prior to your check-in date, you will forfeit your all of your deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your check-in date, you will forfeit all monies received except the $250.00 security deposit.
We understand that last minute emergencies may arise and we will try to accommodate that by applying the following:
1. If we re-book our condo on the same dates and rental rate of your reservation, we will refund all monies received except for the $150.00 cancellation charge.
2. On the other hand if we re-book only some dates of your reservation and at a lower rental rate, we will refund the amounts collected only for those dates of your reservation that we can re-book based on the lower rental rate.
No smoking is permitted inside the Unit A21. Any violation of the smoking prohibition will result in a special cleaning/deodorizing charge of $250.00. Most of our guests are non-smokers and are very sensitive to the lingering presence of tobacco smoke.
No pets are allowed at Napili Point Resort.
