ABOUT OUR SUITE, A-21 …

| Our condominium suite is at garden level and on the water. No high-rise here.
We are beside beautiful Honokeana Cove with
a wonderful ocean view. Actually, our condo has one of the best views in the
resort. We recently installed a "cool" ceramic tile floor throughout all of the suite and remodeled the dressing/bathroom area.
There is now a large 37" wide LCD flat
screen TV in the living room. The
bedroom has air conditioning (which we added – most units do not have air), ceiling fan and mirrored
wall with a king size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa/bed, ceiling fan, floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall, with a washer and dryer located in the hallway area.
The vanity has a new granite counter top with stainless steel
above counter vessel and new stand up faucet. The cabinets below are
hardwood matching the kitchen cabinets. The bathroom walls are retiled with
porcelain/travertine, natural stones in the shower floor and European style
shower stall with clear glass divider. It is equipped with ADA approved
grab bars. The shower has a dual out-flow valve system. It is absolutely
stunning. In the living room, we have natural bamboo pull down shades for
the windows and doors along with standard drapes.

The kitchen has been completely
remodeled with new maple/glass
cabinets, granite counters, new stainless steel refrigerator, range/oven,
dishwasher and microwave. It is amply supplied with dishes, glasses
and all the cooking utensils fit for a real Hawaiian luau (the pig
however must be buried and cooked outside of the unit). The private
lanai (patio) is furnished with a table, four chairs and a lounge for
entertaining friends or just relaxing and enjoying the fantastic ocean
view and breathtaking sunsets. |

One of the two swimming pools is a short distance to the left of our lanai, yet far enough
away that it does not obstruct our ocean view. The barbecue grills (both gas and charcoal) and the picnic tables are also a short walk from our lanai – very convenient when barbecuing and eating outside.

Our condo, A-21, is positioned on the property to take advantage of the views
toward Lanai and Molokai. Great Sunsets! The walkway is located further away
from the lanai for privacy so guests walking by are not so close to you. Also,
there is a large grassy area in front of A-21.
